"Onenii-sama" is a joke from anime "Maze". I hope you get the meaning of "Onenii-sama". I will give you a hint, "Onii-chan" means "brother" and "Onee-chan" means "sister". Also, for those people who aren't familiar with "-sama", it is used when you admire that person. "-chan" is used when you are very familiar with or talking to children. If I have a little sister, I will make her call me "Onii-chan". "Onii-sama" sounds as though she keeping a distance away from me...
