"Rants" by Akira (2001-11-04)

I just wanted to draw cute Kotone... That is the only reason I draw this strip. Hahaha. The effect of bubbles (Onii-chan called them sparkles) worked out pretty well. It is very easy and handy effect to use. I think I will use them more often from now on.
