According to "Animage (my favorite anime magazine)", at least 21 new anime shows will be starting from this April. There is a couple of anime I want to see. Today, I will talk about "
Chobits".
"Chobits" is created by CLAMP and will be starting from April 3rd 2:20 AM. Original comic is published in "Weekly Young Magazine" - where "3x3 Eyes", "Initial D" are still going on. There are three comics books (tanko bon) out. I haven't read story yet, so I don't know the exact detail, but I can assure you that it's written for otaku guys like me :)
Main character, Hideki (I think this name is right... University student?) found a humanoid computer at the garbage. He took her to his apartment and named her "Chi", since that's the only sound she can pronounce. Chi is very very cute, but doesn't have any data/knowledge at all. And then a strange life of Hideki and Chi began.
I will definitely watch this show. I'm quite a big CLAMP fan. I even enjoyed "Angelic Layer". Animation is done by "Mad House" - the comapny which did "Trigun", "Cardcaptor Sakura", etc. The animation quality is guaranteed! :)
