Experimental Comic Kotone #126 "Haruna's Healing"
(Story Arc: Laika's Past)

"Rants" by Akira
(2002-04-16)

Laika also can use ki for healing, but she has to use a sword as a catalyst. If Laika were to heal Onii-chan, she has to re-cut him again. That'll be pretty painful. Most of the time, Laika makes sure Onii-chan doesn't get seriously injured by controlling her KI. But this time, Laika totally failed.

Laika could be the most tragic character of all "Tsunami Channel" characters. I came up with such a awful setting for Laika, that I really feel sorry for her. This Laika story arch is pretty sad and serious. But after this, comic will come back to normal jokes (I hope...).

Haruna-san is saying:

  • Daijyoubu desuka? - Are you OK?
  • Ugokanaide - Don't move.
  • Jittoshitete Kudasaine - Please hold still.
  • Hai - Here you go.
  • Dou itashimashite - You are welcome.
