Originally from Nagano-ken (Shinshu), Laika is a very talented swordswoman and adept in the field of computing. She transferred from Kyoto University to CMU where she joined Onii-chan and the Professor in a project, with the promise that her oni-genes will be removed upon completion.
Little is known about her oni-side, but the arm bracelet she wears is a seal which helps prevent it from manifesting.
Laika has an older half-sister, Fukka, and a European father, making her half-Japanese. (by Miso Soup)
