A blue-haired girl who was killed by a drunk driver in an accident, and is left with a ghostly form. She decided to go after Onii-chan by acting as an exchange student in Carnegie Mellon University. Tsunami decided to help Shion in her wish to be an exchange student. Since studying abroad has been her passion, she thought it best to agree. An avid anime watcher, though clumsy and and peaceful, she grew popular in her university. Onii-chan and Konstantin met her in the Vermillion Anime Club. Though Shion is never in class during the daytime, they do not know of her ghost status yet, although Konstantin is skeptical as to what Shion might be. (by c-mind)
