Real Konstantin can speak Japanese. But not by spending insane amount of time with H mangas and games, but through Japanese classes at CMU. For some reason, Onii-chan looks down on comic Konstantin. I guess that's understandable since comic Konstantin is very HENTAI, doesn't go to any classes, doesn't do any homeworks, and plays around all the time. In defence of real Konstantin, other than him being hentai, every other settings are NOT true. Anyway, comic Konstantin shows his real superb ability (intelligence) when he is motivated (only by H things though....) just like Kintarou from "Golden Boy". It seems like Onii-chan is the only normal human in this comic...
