Laika failed to convince Haruna to stay... This story arc is getting so messed up. I hope I can finish within this year. Sorry that story is going very slow. After Haruna's story arc, there will be another Magical Mina chapter. It will have a lot of high paced action scenes. I can't wait to draw action scenes again! :)
I hope you got an idea that they were talking through a door. I'm not sure if I expressed a scene well enough... It's really difficult to draw a scene like that. I could have used semi-transparent door, but I was too lazy. Hmm... I need to practice more...
Haruna's story arc is about expressions of character's inner emotions. It's interesting that body poses express character's inner though/emotion a lot. Last panel, for example, Laika is squeezing her left arm. That pose gives out a lot of meanings...
