My third "Tsunami Channel Remix"! Frankly, I like this one more than the second, and I think it's a lot more intelligent than the "Magical Mina" one I did. The comic I remixed was the Professor's guide to CCS from May 5, 2003. Basically, the comic is my take on "mainstream" American anime and how it can still have a corrupting influence on the kids (I mean that in a good way).
For those who don't know everything the Professor is referring to:
James/Koshiro (English dub name/Original Japanese name) is known to put on dresses in "Pokemon." One time, he put on an inflatable woman suit and a bikini to enter a swimsuit contest. That episode was cut, unfortunately.
The bathing scene from "Digimon" occurs in the first 16 episodes, it was edited to remove a scene where you see one of the male character's exposed behind. As for the nude scene with Rika/Ruki, it occurs when the group learns to "Biomerge" with their digimon. Everybody appears nude during the shots of the people guiding the monsters, even her, though I think they "enhanced" the brightness of the picture to cover up the fact that they had FULL FRONTAL NUDITY in a kid's show. Why didn't they have that when I was growing up? Yeesh.
The "Yu-Gi-Oh" episode being referred to is the three-episode arc where Yugi and his friends enter a virtual world Seto Kaiba has created in order to free him from a trap. Along the way, they meet a Princess character based on Kaiba's brother (Mokuba). If my older brother made a female character that resembled me, I'd be kind of freaked out, personally. ^_^;
Fans of "Sailor Moon" know the deal behind the cousins thing: in the original series, Haruka and Michiru are lesbians. In the English dub, Amara and Michelle are cousins. A popular joke is that they're "kissing cousins" who still have a relationship despite their blood tie. Lesbianism becomes even more H when you add incest to the mix.

My own webcomic-project is still in a "not-to-be-started-until-I-learn- to-draw-better"-phase. Still having troubles with male characters and can't draw decent looking hands even if my life'd depend on it -_-
Well, you learn by drawing, so I decided to draw a quest strip for Tsunami Channel. (which is my favourite webcomic at the moment btw) What would be better practice (and I really need the practice) than drawing a quest strip. Some people might quess who is my favourite Tsunami-chan character :)
