"Rants" by Akira (2002-07-29)

This whole chapter is all about fighting against the third magic "Wind". Actually..., every chapter of "Magical Mina" is only about fighting against magical creatures. There will be a couple of filler episodes between each chapters. But other than that, all pages will be filled with action scenes. No intro, no epilogue, no character development, no plot, no nothing. I think it will be nice change of pace to switch between "Magical Mina" and "Experimental Comic Kotone".
