I'm getting behind schedule... I'll try to catch up this week. The new effects I tried in this page is:
1) last panel, I scratched a digital tone with eraser. It looks like clouds right?
2) Second panel, I used a cross-patching filling for Mina's wings. I still need to work on the pattern, but it work pretty well.
3) Third panel, I used a different shading for WATER's back. I usually cross lines with 90 degree angle, but for this page, I used few degree crossing arc lines. It is used a lot in "Berserk", so I decided to try one too. The effect is pretty interesting and I love it.
Mina is a nice testing ground for new styles. If I continue this for a year, I think I'll be a better artist.
