Those explosions and detail on FIRE (dragon) took so much time. I'm glad I've started drawing from last weekend (I finished pencil stage on Saturday). I don't think I can finish this page in just one day... ^^;
It's kind of hard to tell what's going on, so I'll explain. FIRE attacked Mina from the sky above. Mina dodged it. FIRE came down and the fight begins. It's sad that I have to explain what's going on with words -_-; It's also difficult to see the actual size of FIRE compared to Mina. FIRE is about the size of Tyranosaurs Rex, but you can't tell that from this page... Sigh...
I had difficult time with sound effects too. KABOOM? THUMP? I couldn't think of good sound effects for Mina sliding. In Japanese manga, it'll be something like "zaza~~", but in English? "slide" "Sssshhh! (I made this up)"... Sigh...
I'm surprised a lot of people guess FIRE was a dragon. Was it too obvious? I should go for strange creatures from next time...
