A young Chinese American boy about Mina's age that was given the special ablility to create different forms of magic though the use of Kanji by Professor Hasegawa. He also has the ablilty to superchage his magic by placing it on material midiums.While he is confindent, he's not very skilled with his magic like Mina is even though his magic is possibly more powerful than hers. This is because he doesn't quite know his Chinese characters all that well. Arc also has a crush on Mina as well...almost to the point of stalking her. (by The Traveling Otaku)
