Oh my, Laika is acting quite childish here... Since Onii-chan finished his work already, Laika can't say anything about it (otherwise Onii-chan would've been punished.) Also, since Onii-chan haven't done anything wrong, Laika is acting rather unreasonable saying he wasn't there when she needed him, etc... She is feeling jealousy.

Laika is quite fond of cute things (mainly stuffed animals) too. I think she used to play a lot with stuffed animals when she was small.
