Why is this still a Haruna-san story arc? Her name is Shion and I think she is about 14-15 years old. She is NOT related to any of the characters from ExCoKo at all. Particularly she's not a girlfriend of Junichi whose death made Junichi into a cold, emotionless, cynical guy. I bet Junichi is like that since he was born.
At this stage, I don't have any plan of introducing Shion to future ExCoKo comic. She's an one time joke character. If she is popular, I might try coming up with her story. A cute ghost with sailor uniform is not a bad combination. She even has a cute pony tail. But right now, I can't come up with any idea at all...
