Onii-chan never won against Kotone in any TV games. It's because Kotone can react, memorize, and control much better than Onii-chan. The only way Onii-chan win is through mind game. Since Kotone is pure, Onii-chan trick her very very easily.

They are playing "Old Maid". In Japan, we call it "Baba nuki". Instead of three "Queen"s, we use a "Joker".
