"Rants" by Romy
(2003-04-13)

Well, so ended the Midnight Rendezvous. Thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoyed it. It's one of my old comics (and a rare one since it's finished!) so I also had fun reading it along with the readers who are reading all new, kind of remembering what it was like when I was working on that piece.Although it started as filler while my brother was sick, I didn't expect that I would receive so much response from people on the forum. Thanks for your comments. It was really fun to read and was a learning experience for me. I was able to see the reader's reactions as the story progressed and I found my weak points as well as strong points. Some parts confused some readers. Some readers had very keen observations and had ideas that would have never occurred to me.

My brother is all fine and healthy again, so he'll be restarting his ExCoKo and MaMi from next week! Thanks for the long wait and arigato gozaimasu on behalf of my brother for all the encouragement people showed.

And to those new visitors from MegaTokyo who came here through the link, hi and welcome to Tsunami Channel! My brother and I are totally impressed and amazed by the power of MegaTokyo. The number of visitors increased almost to double! I'd like to thank Piro for making the link to TsuChan from his webcomic site. I'm glad to hear that he had good time in Seattle. My brother and I spent our youths in that rainy city (4 years for me, 6 years for Akira) going to school there. Many things have changed since we left, but it's really a nice and beautiful city! (Well, at least in summer?I'd like to visit during summer again to escape hot and humid summer in Japan! Don't you agree, my lil bro?)

Anyways, enough of my ranting. I haven't said much in a while, so this was a perfect timing for me to say it all out. Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU EVERYONE, for making TsuChan such a great site and nice community.
