Look! It's Sailor Laika! (And yes, I do have more modified sprites of her in that outfit. Muah-ha-ha!)
Given Laika's experience with girls who like girls (Lisa and now Haruka), I think her summary of "Stupid lesbians" is quite appropriate. One difference between this version of Laika and the original in "Tsunami Channel" is that this one is much more sarcastic and cynical. She's modeled after Akane from "Ranma 1/2" in many ways, though I've kept her sword skills very high.
Sailor Laika will be a recurring character to act as filler between question episodes. Sort of like the Pedro scenes in "Excel Saga." Whether or not she'll actually matter remains to be seen.
