Today, I used very thin lines for inking. It's totally opposite of what I've been doing for a couple of weeks. Thin lines give a softer feeling to the drawing and looks better when drawing hairs+eyes. The downside is.... It's difficult to select a region (with Photoshop's magic wand) with these thin lines. It takes more time to put screen tones to the image... I think I'll go back to thick lines from tomorrow.

I spent a whole last week, converting "Tsunami Channel" website into PHP+MySQL format. I spent more than five hours a day, but still it's less than 50% done. I still need to integrate (Java)Script Site, uploading functions, edit functions, page displays, and many more. I wanted to spend one more week on the design, but I've decided to start drawing again from today. I'm afraid I'll lose more readers if I don't start comic strips soon... ^^;

I've decided write a simple diary/journal from today. I used to write a diary everyday when I was a teenager (in Japanese for 4-5 years). I think I'm ok with writing Japanese (even though I didn't go to a Japanese school after third grade), because I kept writing a diary in Japanese. Now, I'm slowly but surely loosing a touch in English. I think writing a diary in English will be a good training for me. I hope you enjoy the new addition to Tsunami Channel. I ALSO hope this dairy will continue for at least a month... ^^;
