Experimental Comic Kotone #417 "ExCoKo, Come Back?"

Comic Strip

| First| Prev | Next |Last |

"ExCoKo, Come Back?" by Akira
(2005-10-05)

This comic strip took:

  • Pencil: 11:00 pm - 2:00 am
  • Inking: 2:00 am - 3:30 am
  • Tones: 3:30 am - 4:00 am
  • Dialogs: 4:00 am - 4:30 am

I couldn't start working on this comic strips until 11 pm tonight because a couple of wondeful events happened before that. This is (I hope) a good news to most readers of "Tsunami Channel", but might become a bad news (if it results in fewer TC updates)... I hope people will congratulate me and her for this. I hope we can make an announcement (and celebrate) around end of next month (that is if everything works out right). I'll do my best this "change in life" doesn't affect "Tsunami Channel" too much. I feel a bit of pressure/responsibility, but it will be my happiest moment. I love you people (throwing hearts/kisses).

Well... There is one additional thing to say. It's NOTHING related to "I'm marrying" or "I'm getting a girlfriend" at all (Not even close). I wrote above rants very ambiguously hoping to mislead readers. Did I do well? Hahaha.

Please write your comments and complaints at pOnju forum thread.

Thank you.

"Greetings! First time ranting" by Totaku
(2005-10-06)

Hello everyone! For all of you who haven't read what Konstantin has mentioned well surpise!

For all of you who do not know me I am know as the Traveling Otaku but I am better known as "Totaku." I have been a loyal member within Akira's forum for over 5 years and I have been helping Akira out with his forum for just about as long.

To let you know what I'm up to here, I'm going to be writing up on the Otaku's presepctive here in the US (mainly on the internet and videogames). I know a vast amount of infromation and stuff that goes on around the internet so I always seem to know something new and interest always happens almost everyday and I'm willing to share with you all the best I can offer. ^^

Anyways, I might as well kick off my rant by talking about two games that are soon to become animes. To begin, a while ago, Geneon Studio has picked up the rights to turn two video games into animes.

The first one in thier list is Fate/Stay Night which is popular commercialized H game that comes from Type Moon It basiclly deals about this young man named Shirou who lost his family back 10 years ago and was raised by a wizard who evtually died later on, but on one faithful night, he somehow summon his servant who goes by the name of "Saber" which then set his path torwards having to partake in the "war for the Holy Grail" Basiclly Fate is an H game with a well developed plot. (I'm cetain Akira's heard of it or played it) but I highly recommend the game to any H game fan who wants a different taste and I expect the anime will be just as well defined. ^^

The second one in their list is Disgaea which is one of the more popular stratagy RPG games in today's gaming world. As far as I know the stroy in the anime will be kept true to the game so the best way to explain it is that you should expect this anime to be filled with alot of funny jokes and cute, beliveable characters. I do not know yet, but my hopes are that they plan to have done with the assistants of Harada since it would bring the cute and silky style into the anime realm.

Both of these titles are expected to come out in 2006 so keep an eye out for these two anime titles. This should cover all I have to say. Until next time.

Ja mata! ^_^
