This picture is drawn a bit in haste, so the dessin is a bit off. Sorry.

This would be called ?meganekko" in Japan for she is wearing a pair of eyeglasses. Megane means ?eyeglasses" and you put ?-ko" to mean ?--- kid" (or girl in this case).

Usually (in the world of manga/anime/games), meganekko is a symbol of hidden beauty. Her eyes are hidden behind the thick lenses so you don't normally notice her as being pretty. But once she takes off her eyeglasses, her enchanting gaze imprisons your heart. ;-)
