Hmm, another hasty drawing again. I can see where the dessin is off.
As you can see, this is an illustration of a ?microid"- tiny people.
There was a manga by Osamu Tezuka, the father of manga and anime, called ?Microid-S" which was also made into anime. It was a story of those tiny people who have characteristics of certain insects such as butterflies and Japanese beetles (kabutomushi). I didn't particularly watch the show as a regular favorite, but it still made a strong impression on me. Also a series of toys titled ?Micromen" were popular at that time in Japan. I somehow had a deck of playing cards with Micromen on them?
