"Rants" by Akira (2003-10-09)

I need to go through short Mina arc before long ExCoKo story arcs begin. After this Mina+Arc's short story arc, I'll begin Kotone story arc (starting 10/21 Tuesday). Comic strip schedule is pretty set until next year. According to my plan, there won't be any break until end of this year.
